These terms govern your access to and use of EaseFlow.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EaseFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use EaseFlow.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use EaseFlow, and you must use it for a legitimate business purpose.
3. Account registration & security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Business accounts
EaseFlow accounts are intended for use by a business owner or their authorized staff to manage that business's invoicing, customers, and related records.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the business data, documents, and customer information you enter into EaseFlow ("Your Content"). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content, including having any necessary permission to store your customers' contact details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse EaseFlow. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activities, which is part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
EaseFlow's software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by EaseFlow and are not transferred to you by using the service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell EaseFlow without our permission.
8. Third-party services
EaseFlow relies on third-party providers, including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), and Paystack (payments). Your use of payment features is also subject to Paystack's own terms.
9. Subscriptions, billing & payments
EaseFlow offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) as shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan, either by card via Paystack or by bank transfer with manual activation. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of price changes in advance.
10. Cancellation
You may stop using a paid plan at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation, renewal, and refunds work in practice.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep EaseFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. EaseFlow may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, including accounts used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. You may stop using EaseFlow and request account deletion at any time.
13. Disclaimers
EaseFlow is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not a substitute for your own accounting, tax, or legal advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EaseFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to hold EaseFlow harmless from claims arising from Your Content or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes to the service or these terms
We may update EaseFlow's features and these Terms over time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes.
17. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Nigeria, to the extent applicable. This section will be finalized with legal counsel upon EaseFlow's formal registration.
