Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellation, plan expiration, and refunds work, matched to how billing actually works today.

1. How billing works today
EaseFlow's Starter and Growth plans are billed monthly; the Pro plan is billed annually. Payment is made either by card via Paystack, or by bank transfer followed by manual activation using a code we send you. EaseFlow does not currently auto-renew subscriptions by charging your card automatically. Each billing period is activated by a new payment.
2. Cancellation
You can stop using a paid plan at any time simply by not renewing it. There's no cancellation form to submit. Your plan remains active until it expires at the end of the period you paid for.
3. What happens when a plan expires
When your paid plan period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your documents, clients, and business data remain safe, you'll simply be limited to the Free plan's monthly invoice and client limits until you upgrade again.
4. Refund eligibility
Because plans are billed per period rather than auto-renewed, refunds are generally not offered for time already used within a paid period. We will review refund requests case by case in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same plan activation (duplicate charge)
- A payment was taken but the plan was never activated on your account
- A card payment failed on Paystack's side but funds were still deducted
5. Non-refundable situations
We generally do not refund for a period you've already used, or for choosing not to use a plan you activated.
6. Payment disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved faster this way.
7. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your registered email, the plan and amount paid, and the payment reference or bank transfer proof. We'll review and respond as quickly as we can.
