1. Overview
EaseFlow is built to help legitimate businesses manage invoicing, customers, and payments. The activities below are prohibited on EaseFlow.
2. Prohibited activities
- Fraud, scams, or issuing invoices/receipts for goods or services that don't exist
- Any illegal activity under applicable law
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging sent through or facilitated by EaseFlow
- Uploading malware or any malicious code
- Phishing or impersonating another person or business
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or data
- Credential theft or attempting to bypass authentication
- Scraping, extracting, or attempting to access data you don't own
- Payment-system abuse, including billing manipulation or attempting to bypass subscription limits
- Attacking, overloading, or attempting to disrupt EaseFlow's infrastructure
- Abusing our API or automated interfaces beyond intended use
- Uploading unlawful, harassing, or malicious content into documents or profiles
- Any other activity intended to abuse or degrade the platform for other users
3. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, or suspension or termination of your account, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
